Safety & Insurance

Protect it like it’s already yours

The paperwork, coverage, and habits that stand between your vehicle and everything that can go wrong on the road.

Coverage

Fully insured, so you can rest assured

Most auto transport is insured to the legal floor. For vehicles in this class, that floor is nowhere near enough.

$1M liability coverage

Carrier liability sized for high-value, exotic, and collector vehicles — not the industry minimum.

Licensed & bonded

Operating authority and bonding in force, with documentation available on request before you book.

Documented condition

Timestamped photos from every angle at pickup and delivery, so any claim is settled on evidence.

Our own drivers

Loaded and driven by people we employ and train — never brokered out to whoever is passing through.

Sealed in transit

Enclosed and locked for the whole run. Vehicles are always accompanied and the trailer is never left unattended.

Discreet handling

Unmarked equipment, no gate photography, and no details of your vehicle or collection shared publicly.

Who Stands Behind It

Progressive, through NASTC

Your vehicle is insured by Progressive — written through the National Association of Small Trucking Companies. A certificate of insurance is available on request.

Insured by Progressive

Coverage placed with Progressive, one of the largest commercial auto insurers in the country — not a cut-rate carrier or an unknown underwriter.

Written through NASTC

Our policy is placed through the National Association of Small Trucking Companies, the association that vets and writes coverage for carriers like ours.

Certificate on request

Ask us and we'll send a certificate of insurance showing our coverage before you commit to anything. No hedging, no waiting until after you book.

Exceptionally high-value vehicles

For vehicles well beyond our standard coverage limits, ask us about additional insurance writer options. We can place excess or specialty coverage alongside the carrier policy so the number on the certificate actually matches what the car is worth.

Mention it when you request your quote and we’ll walk you through what’s available for your vehicle’s value.

How Coverage Works

What’s covered, and what isn’t

The honesty here matters more than the marketing. Knowing the boundaries in advance is what keeps a move uneventful.

Covered in transit

Damage occurring while your vehicle is loaded and in our care — from pickup inspection to delivery signature.

Pre-existing condition

Anything recorded on the pickup condition report. This is exactly why we photograph the car thoroughly before it moves.

Personal belongings

Items left inside the vehicle aren't covered by carrier insurance. Keep valuables out and tell us what stays in the trunk.

Mechanical failure

A car that fails to start or drive after transport isn't transit damage, unless there's corresponding physical damage to show for it.

Act of nature

Exceptions like earthquakes and severe weather events are excluded under standard carrier liability.

Questions about coverage?

Ask before you book. We’d rather answer a question now than handle a claim later.
