Enclosed transport has a rhythm to it. Here’s exactly what happens between your first message and the moment the trailer door closes behind your car for the last time.

Tell us the vehicle, the pickup and delivery cities, and roughly when it needs to move. A person prices your route — not an algorithm — and comes back with a firm number and an available window.

Schedule and prepare
Once you approve the quote, we lock a pickup window. Before the truck arrives, we'll tell you what to do — and what not to do — so the car is ready to load without delays.
- Wash the car so existing damage is easy to document
- Remove personal items, toll transponders, and loose accessories
- Leave roughly a quarter tank — weight matters on the ramp
Pickup and loading
Our driver walks the vehicle with you before it moves an inch. Condition is documented with photos from every angle, then the car is loaded, secured, and the trailer is sealed.
- Joint condition report signed by you and the driver
- Photos of all four corners, roof, glass, and odometer
- Soft-tie or wheel-basket securing — never chains through the frame
Transport and delivery
Your car rides enclosed on a dedicated lane. No transfers, no open decks, no third-party handoffs. We keep you updated in transit and call ahead before arrival.

- Check-ins along the route, especially on multi-day runs
- A call before we arrive so you can be there for unloading
Inspect and sign off
At delivery we repeat the walkaround together, comparing against the pickup photos. Once you're satisfied, you sign, and the car is yours to enjoy.

Good To Know
Common questions, answered plainly
How long will my car be in transit?
Coast-to-coast enclosed runs typically take five to seven days; shorter regional moves are often one to three. We give you a realistic window at quote time rather than an optimistic one that slips.
Can I put things in the car?
Small items in the trunk are usually fine, but we ask you to keep them under about 100 pounds, remove anything valuable, and tell us what's in there. Contents aren't covered by the carrier's insurance.
What if my car is lowered or has a front lift?
Tell us at quote time. We plan the ramp angle and loading sequence around it, and we carry extended ramps for exactly this reason.
Do you move non-running vehicles?
Yes. Winches, skates, and ramps let us load a car that can't drive itself. Note whether the wheels roll and whether the steering works — that changes the equipment we bring.
What happens if the schedule changes?
Weather, traffic, and mechanical issues happen. If your window shifts, you hear it from us before you'd notice it, not after. Your quote doesn't change because of a delay on our end.
